I've always wondered if it was true. After two years at this seriously, I can tell my readers with full belief that 2-3 times a day would be OK. In fact sometimes I have had my biggest numbers when I did that. That doesn't mean I do it every day. AND that doesn't mean those 2-3 posts are what we call "Authority Posts." Sometimes they can be a snippet or a thought. All I am saying is, don't be afraid to post that much because it won't hurt you as many people seem to think. As far as my posting schedule goes ... well, I've gotten used to the 200-300 bucks a month so I make posting a priority. I carry around a pencil everywhere I am when I get inspiration and when I get the 30 minutes or so to post something it usually doesn't take much time.
