		<description>After losing my father and my brother at very young ages (39 and 26 respectively) I have learned that now is pretty much all you are guaranteed and that's always where you need to be. I agree with you about it being able to reduce anxiety sometimes, too. Sometimes if you just take a second to stop and think and breathe, things may not appear as overwhelming as one thinks. Doesn't always work, but it's definitely worth a try!
