Sometimes You Just Need Panda Research
After a week of wild kids at work and screaming ones at home, sometimes I need plain and simple Panda Research on the Discovery channel. My kids are at my mother-in-laws and wife is at a baby shower. I find myself incredibly relaxed and involved in the way the zoo has bred and nurtured the birth of this baby panda … centering. Amazing the things you appreciate after you have kids!

is YOU. (oh and your family) That person who cut you off in traffic this morning…. let it go. The comment about what your wearing…. let it go. The invitation that you didn’t get… let it go. If someonedoesn’t comment on your blog… let it go. Just remember… it’s really up to you. If you want others to be gracious to you… be gracious to them. (oh I forgot, why would anyone need to be gracious to you?) *sarcasm intended*

I love Discovery Channel–it’s one of my faves! We watch it all the time here. I know exactly what you are saying about "Panda Research". For me it isn’t pandas, though, it’s Orangutan Island on Animal Planet. They are just amazing! You should check that out, if you haven’t already.

We’d be set if our cable company would offer a package with just TLC, Discovery and History channel. There are a few other channels we watch but the majority of our viewing is spent on those channels. I haven’t seen the Panda show though.

Well it is a quite amazing channel. However, I guess my hidden humor was marveling at how a seemingly boring, simple show can be so peaceful and calming. Maybe like watching the superbowl alone LOL. (Check out Derek’s last post folks it’s a good one)
