I hope we are making progress in Iraq. To me it seems like a big farce. My son is at that age where we have to build bigger whoppers to preserve the Santa stuff ... it just seems so weird this year. Anyway, I like your points: as always, well taken! (or given?)

Well, I think honesty is how a situation is perceived and it can vary from person to person and situation to situation. Like Iraq. The politicians say we are making progress. I don't even pretend to understand the whole plan, but if you agree with the agenda, then that is true, I guess. And if you don't agree...well....I read somewhere a long time ago that the national debt is a necessity. Maybe this is true and we're all just thinking about it wrong. (Or not! LOL)OJ? Don't even get me started about the need for "professional jurors". My truth is that wasn't dishonesty, it was ignorance to the laws, science and how our justice system actually works. OK, and you can't pick on Santa Claus! Maybe he doesn't show up at the house, but his spirit of giving without asking anything in return should be a truth in all of us! :)
