The things some will do after 40 million dollars
I read this article tonight about Daniel Radcliffe, the actor famous for playing Harry Potter. It seems he took a role in a stage play where he appears to the audience in full frontal nudity. I told my son his hero had fallen. He disagreed. He said, “He probably is gay, but maybe he just wanted people to see him naked.” My My. Funny things these rich folk do. Sometimes when I read about these rich and famous folk doing weird stuff like this I thank my lucky stars that I’m of a moderate income and relatively unknown. Some say with more money comes more trouble. I like articles like this because it reminds me that many times wealth disintegrates integrity . . . even in squeaky clean Harry Potter. Having said that . . . I must admit, I do my own nude stage work every night as I do my getting-into-bed dance, but that’s just for my wife, not the upper class ticket buyers of London. No price could buy that show! ;)

Thanks for making me laugh! And, PLEASE…keep those private dances in the bedroom. These Hollywood kids have gone crazy. So glad we’ll be keeping it low key here too for as long as we can!
Maybe it’s one of those “I’ll only do nude scenes if they are necessary to the story” kind of things….LOL…I’m sure he’s trying to break free of the Harry Potter thing. Not sure if he needs to be that “free” but, hey, to each his own, I guess.
Do you have special songs for these private dances or any old music will do? Who knew Tina Turner had such competition! :)

I read the play, didn’t enjoy it, and don’t recall nudity being necessary/material to the plot. He could certainly be scantily clad. Yeesh.
But maybe he is that devoted to his craft no?

Hey! Glad you found your way over. I think Radcliffe succumbed to some strange pressure when he did the nude thing. I don’t think it shows breadth as an actor, maybe length, but not breadth (LOL)
