		<description>I'll tell you, though, one of the most anxiety reducing things for me is the cell phone, especially with the kids. I find it comforting that they can get me no matter where I am. All four of my kids have had cell phones for a long while, too and it really has made life much easier. I can get them anytime (well, except for school, of course) and it makes coordinating all the running we do much easier. I love blogs, the internet and email, too. I try to think back to not having these things and I'm grateful that we do have them now. For me, these things have been nothing but positive, putting me back in touch with old friends and new friends. I know these things can be a double edged sword sometimes, but I love them!</description>
