I wrote a post yesterday which lists the ways in which I chill out. The first one I list is walking, and surprisingly, it's something I've only discovered relatively recently. I find that there is nothing quite like going for a long countryside walk. Clears my head and settles my nerves.

I really think this is why I like to read as much as I do. Reading takes your mind somewhere else for a little while so you don't think about all of your own stressors. I also like to listen to live music and dance like crazy. The loudness (which I love) doesn't allow you to really "think" and the exercise from dancing helps tremendously! I am completely burned out with doing everything and getting ready for the holidays! I hope to be doing a little dancing next weekend!Jessica
