		<description>Encouraging people to click on Adsense ads is a clear violation of Adsense policies, they are absolutely clear on this. Misguided or not, the publisher will soon find himself banned from the program when someone reports the abuse.

Adwords advertisers will pounce on this sort of behavior wherever they see it, (after all, they are the ones suffering from artificially generated click activity) and I don't hold out much hope for this individual's Adsense account. Maybe you should politely point out the error of his ways, and perhaps he will avoid getting "snitched" on and become a responsible publisher henceforth :-)</description>
